Financial Aid You'll Never Need to Repay

Financial Aid You'll Never Need to Repay

Our community cares about you and wants to invest in your future. Our scholarships and emergency aid are not loans that need to be paid back! They're support for the cost of your education.

Hundreds of scholarships. One application.

Last year, Spokane Colleges Foundation awarded more than 675 scholarships and emergency aid awards. We have over 100 scholarships that open for applications each January, with another round of some scholarships opening each summer.

First step: review the instructions on how to apply.

Next: complete our general application.

You’ll be entered in our general scholarship pool to be considered for those scholarships open to all SCC and SFCC students. You’ll also be alerted to additional scholarship opportunities which you may qualify for based on the responses you provided. Many of these opportunities require additional information, but have fewer applicants because they have very specific criteria. We encourage you to take the time to apply for all scholarships for which you qualify to increase your chances of receiving an award.

Emergency Aid

There are things that come up every day that make it more difficult to focus on your education and reach your full potential. Our Emergency Aid project allows you to apply for help with financial hardships that interrupt your schooling. Each year, we give hundreds of awards out to help with child care costs, testing fees, program fees, and more.
